6. Bank Account Connections (Plaid)

We use Plaid Inc. (“Plaid”) to connect the business bank accounts our company uses to operate the properties we manage. When an account is connected, Plaid provides GHM with that account's transactions and balances. We use this information only to match rent deposits to the correct lease, reconcile our books, and prepare owner statements and accounting reports. We do not sell it or use it for advertising.

Bank sign-in happens inside Plaid's own secure window. GHM never sees or stores your bank username or password. The access key Plaid issues is stored encrypted, and disconnecting an account revokes that access at Plaid and deletes the key. Plaid's handling of your data is described in the Plaid End User Privacy Policy. To ask us to delete bank data we hold, email thegreenhillrealty@gmail.com.

7. Data Retention

We retain your contact information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by law. You may request deletion at any time.
